FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Am I eligible for a visit?

You must be 18 years of age or older. If you are not, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during your visit. We are also unable to see anyone non-verbal (very young or old, or with intellectual disabilities).

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can make your payment online using a debit, credit, HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Savings Account) card.

How much does it cost per visit?

A Standard E-Visit will cost $65 and a Question E-Visit will cost $12.

Will my insurance cover the visit?

At this point in time, we suggest paying with a debit, credit, HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Savings Account) card and then submitting the itemized receipt that you will receive to your health insurance company for reimbursement based on your specific plan and if you have met your deductible. This saves you money because it keeps the interaction/transaction simple between you (the patient) and the provider without involving third parties such as the insurance company and billers.

Do you offer memberships or subscriptions?

We do not offer memberships or subscriptions, such as Direct Primary Care, at this time.

What days and times are available for appointments?

We are currently available during the following times, and plan to expand our hours as we hire additional top-notch medical providers. Mon - Fri: 10am - 6pm

Yes, our providers will prescribe appropriate medication(s) as needed.

We use a state-of-the-art electronic medical records system that is HIPAA-compliant and will keep your information and the visit secure. No portion of your session will be recorded or broadcast without your permission. Please view our privacy policy for more information.
